Cures for Hemorrhoids? Why do we Need
Them? An Ounce of
Prevention...
Today, I want to bring to your attention a problem that will afflict 50% (or more) of
the population of developed countries at some time in their lives. It is commonly
known as hemorrhoids, hemroids or piles and it's fundamentally any type of vein
inflammation near to the rectal area.
Seeing blood on your toilet tissue? Itching in the general area of your anus? Pain while
passing stool when you are constipated? These symptoms are common signs that you
may be developing or even already have hemorrhoids. This is certainly not
a thing to laugh at – although these symptoms are fairly commonplace, they can
really be painful, embarrassing and anoying.
In the problems' more advanced stages, hemorrhoids can become completely external and
hang out, completely outside of your bottom. So you see, cures for hemorrhoids are badly
needed. If not treated and cured, can get to be bad enough that they require painful and expensive
surgery.
So what mistakes do people make that contribute to or permit developing a
hemrrhoidal condition? Even for those who already have this condition, avoiding
these three mistakes may very well start you on the road to gradual relief and cure
of the problem.
Mistake #1: Consuming too little fiber and excessive amounts of food
This may be difficult for many people. However, it's common
knowledge that most highly processed foods lack dietary fiber, which leads to constipation
and harder stool. This creates digestive problems, constipation and
other factors that can lead directly to hemorrhoids.
In third-world countries where the diet is more basic, consisting of lots of fruits, vegetables
and natural, unprocessed foods, hemorrhoids are almost unknown. It's only in the more developed
countries where white rice, white flour, white sugar and highly processed foods with little or no
fiber content are the norm, that hemorrhoids are a general problem.
The key point here, especially if you are dealing with the problem, suffering and
attempting to cure your hemorrhoids, is that you should decrease your consumption of
processed flour, sugars and other highly processed foods, get more fiber (both soluble and
insoluble) in your diet.
Mistake #2: Overly sedentary, inactive lifestyle
A great deal of sitting, for longer terms, can create enough pressure
on your bottom area to restrict normal blood flow. This can set up a situation in
which hemorrhoids can start to form. This can be especially true if/when combined with a
sharp force such as might be caused by chronic constipation, or by a pregnancy (in the case of
women). The best solution is to make sure you never sit for over an hour at a time. Get up, walk
around and do enough stretching exercises to promote a healthy amount of circulation.
Mistake #3: Using highly processed medications, ointments and creams
These can create the same problem situations as do processed foods. Many
commercial supplements for fiber contain artificial and processed ingredients that
could cause undesirable side-effects… Also, these medications and ointments are just
dealing with the symptoms and are not dealing with the root causative problem.
The other problem with these creams, which provide little or no benefit, is that they
can waste a person's time. The hemorrhoids can gradually worsen when the main root problem
isn't addressed and and the process reversed by one of the effective long-term cures for
hemorrhoids.
Avoid and side-step these three mistakes! Do this and you'll at least not
be permting the worsening of your hemorrhoids, and you may never need to search for
cures for hemorrhoids. It's critically important for you to understand these causative points
in our modern world with its sedentary lifestyles of office and vehicle operation work
and highly processed, convenient (but ultimately unhealthy) diets.
