You might not believe me when I tell you this. I'm sure that if I heard it, I would not probably believe it. Nonetheless, there's nothing that inspires people quite as much as cardio pics to get fit and in fit shape. I know how doubtful people are about motivational photos. Everybody has seen that trite poster on the sides of their cubicles - someone climbing a mountain with some caption about "determination", or "excellence" under it, or some little kitty hanging on to the edge of a desk with her claws, beneath which is inscribed, in cutesy bubbly letters, "hang in there". It is considered a sign of very bad taste even to put such thing up - unless you are a middle manager, in which bad taste is considered an asset. Nonetheless, at least with cardiovascular pics, it is true. The right picture can truly get people motivated.

I should know. I'm a supervisor at the Skinny Booty Gym down-town, and among my diverse obligations is decorating the walls. It has given me a whole lot of time to pay attention to people in their workout program, and the differences that those cardiovascular pictures make is astounding. I discovered this when I was studying to be a fitness trainer and I realized that the sections in my study guide that had photos of aerobic people encouraged me to push harder. And after becoming a fitness trainer I saw awe-inspiring results with my clients in the exercise room areas that were decorated with fitness pictures. Before I put them up, the majority of people seemed to be just slogging painfully through their workout plan, with-out hope of ever accomplishing any fitness goals. Since I put up the cardiovascular pics, however, things have been very different. It is like the cardiovascular pictures give everybody a burst of confidence that makes them practically glow. I know the shimmer of sweat, and can tell it from the glisten of confidence. This here is the shimmer of confidence. They look at those cardiovascular photos and stand up straighter, work so much harder, and I believe, go home feeling better about themselves. Even the cardio exercise classes seem to go better with the pictures around the room.

I've even taken down my other motivational posters and put up the cardiovascular pics around my cubicle in the sports club. Even when I am not working out, the photos of fit, trim people doing their aerobics workouts seems to convince me to put a tad more into whatever I am working on at the minute. You do not have to be interested in a career in personal training to take advantage of this article. There are many versions of pictures which are prettier, more interesting, and more eye-catching than aerobic pics, but I have not found one that has a greater effect on the work ethic. And isn't that the most critical thing of all?
